Does upwelling caused by lower pressure contribute in any notable way to oceanic water cooling? This off-shore dance reminds me of Hurricane Dennis in 1999. Affectionately (hahaha) referred to on the Outer Banks as ‘Dennis the Menace” Given enough time even a weaker storm can cause a lot of trouble!
How come this other area they’re watching, far eastern Caribbean, they keep walking up the target cone? Originally they had it going almost due W and slamming into Nicaragua. Now it’s aiming for the Yucatan Peninsula. I liked it better when it was planned to go due W.
Debby a Severe Flooding Threat to Southeast U.S. doesn’t know what will happen after this flood, fortunately there is advance warning like this to help people prepare
