I do louse your website to look at model data, but, If you’re gonna use official NOAA data, is it appropriate to draw large hand drawn arrows estimating the track?
Thanks for keeping these reports going while you are on the road.

Is NOAA data public domain?
Most of NOAA’s information is in the ‘public domain’ and CANNOT be copyrighted. Unless otherwise noted in the credit or caption of the item of interest, you may use it without express permission
Beryl will bomb out in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico while heading towards Texas. Going to be a strong cat 2, or 3 at landfall. Corpus Christi, Freeport, to Galveston needs to watch this very closely. This could be a flooding event like Harvey in 2017.
Levi: you don’t need to suffer through poor quality audio when you travel – you can get a good condenser lavalier mic that just plugs into your laptop’s usb port for about US$50. it’s small enough that you can just stick it in your laptop bag and clip it to your shirt when you’re recording. i recommend this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08YS2G4FB

My ignorance speaking:
I expected the Low Pressure on the “Golf of Mexico” to make some kind of “Fujiwara effect” but it is not so. 🙁
Good day.
Thanks!

Really grateful for your Blog.
I notice the edge of the cone keeps drifting closer to the Houston area which concerns me. Me and my neighbors are prepped!
Thanks for your incisive reports. How do you see the African Dust Factoring to the early tropical seasonal activity?
