Yes, tropical weather (and all weather in general) is an interest of mine, so i am biased. However, i continue to maintain that dr cowans videos are the best videos on the internet. Not in the world of weather, not on youtube….. on the entire internet. They are the only videos that i will stop what im doing to watch and not put off to later.
