Excellent explanation, thank you for all you do.
Although I’m a first-time poster I’ve followed Tropical Tidbits for several years. Last year Irma claimed my sailboat on Tortola. I’ve also had a condo and sailboat in Oriental on the North Carolina coast for many years and you are my “go-to” for making plans as storms approach. Irma was such a monster last September that I simply couldn’t get the boat out of her path. Unfortunately, your predictions were spot on. I have another boat headed from France to the Caribbean, so again I look to your updates as each storm develops. Thanks for all your hard work, it is really appreciated by many of us.
