Tropical Storm Ian Forms in the Central Atlantic
Tropical Storm Ian has formed in the central Atlantic. The storm isn’t forecast to strengthen very much due to interaction with an upper-level trough, and is expected to remain well away from land areas as it moves northward. There are no other areas of immediate concern for tropical development in the Atlantic.

You know the tropics are remarkably DEAD when even you have resorted to written entries instead video updates.
Thank you regardless, Levi!
Hope all is well with you, =)
What about 95L, Levi? Any Gulf Coast threat? Will you be doing a video on that?
The BAMS model bothers me a little bit, Levi. Any thoughts?
No coverage on Super Typhoon Meranti?
I don’t typically cover the western Pacific since very little of my audience is from that part of the world, and I also don’t have time to track everything thoroughly, so I just stick to the Atlantic.
