Thank You!
This is a post unrelated to weather, but rather pertains to the website and my audience.
I have recently received several generous PayPal donations from some viewers, along with multiple smaller ones. The total donations this month are enough to completely cover nearly two whole months of server costs! I have a powerful server that is very expensive, so this is an amazing amount. These gifts are so kind that I feel compelled to write this to thank every one of you who has donated to my website. It is especially appreciated now that I am a graduate student who does not necessarily have a financial justification for keeping this server live. I wish that PayPal had an easy way of contacting donors, but unfortunately, they don’t. So, hoping that you will see this post, I just wanted to say thank you!
Now onward with the weather.
Levi

Don’t know if you were aware. The Drudge Report linked to your site for one day as Cristobal was still trying to form and the path was still undetermined. Your analysis and clear explanation was a pleasant surprise to me since I’m a boater living in South Florida and check the tropics every day during the season. I appreciate the big picture information instead of the media’s usual tabloid hype every time a tropical system appears. I’m pretty sure the increase in donations is a result of Drudge’s link. Anyway, thanks for hosting this site and hope you have the desire and funds to continue this for a long time.
