I apologize for not having the time for a written post, and being late with the video. I had to catch up sleep this morning and then it took me all day to find a quiet spot to record.

    I too concur that you do not need to apologize for anything. Your updates are sincere, accurate and most appreciated.

    However, since you were in a kitchen, the least you could have done is offer up a Twinkie or something.
